2025 2nd Asia Conference on Environmental Economics and Policy (ACEEP 2025), will be held in Fukuoka, Japan during November 8-10, 2025 as a workshop of ACESD. It is sponsored by iNehc, IJESD and technically supported by Yokohama National University, National Institute for Environmental Studies, Nagasaki University and Japan International Cooperation Agency.
It aims to provide a forum for researchers, practitioners, and professinals from the industry, academia and government to discourse on research and development, professional practice in new enery and applications. The conference serves to foster communication among researchers and practitioners working in a wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest in improving new energy technology and related techniques. It also brings authors and readers together to communicate face to face and discuss chances for possible cooperation and hot topics in the field of environmental economics and policy.

Submissions must be original and should not have been published or under consideration for publication elsewhere, which will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.
All the attendees must register in advance in order to participate in conference activities. Each registration enables publication or presentation of only one paper and participation of only one person.
Full Registration Includes: Admission to Keynotes&Plenaries, Technical Sessions, Coffee Breaks, Lunch, Dinner, Hard Copy of the proceedings (For authors) and a gift.
Registration Note:
1. Paper Length Limitation: The paper must fit into 12 pages, while additional pages will be permitted at the cost of $50 per additional page, if exceeds 12 pages (A maximum of 20 pages is acceptable).
2. Additional Paper: Each paid registration covers only one paper; you can pay Additional Paper Fee (350 USD) for one more paper from the same first author who already has a paid registration.)
3. Delegate without submissions: Participants without paper submissions are also welcome. Each conference attendee requires a registration. You can make the registration directly as Delegate without submission and send the filled registration form to the conference secretary. We accept delegate' onsite registration, for onsite registration delegate, the invitaiton letter will not be issued before the conference.
Cancellation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be provided via email to aceep_conf@126.com and received by September 30. No refund will be provided after this date.
